Motorists in Teresina can now contest traffic fines over the internet through a digital platform. The system allows drivers to make their appeals without having to go in person to the agencies responsible for traffic in the city.
The expectation is that the digitalization of the process will significantly reduce the need for in-person attendance. With this, the flow of people at service stations should decrease considerably.
The system also aims to facilitate the forwarding of requests to the departments responsible for analyzing appeals. In this way, the processing of cases should be faster and more organized.
The measure is part of an effort to modernize traffic services in the capital of Piauí, seeking to offer more convenience to motorists and optimize the management of traffic violations.
