PLMJ advised ASA on the sale of 51% of the shares representing Cabo Verde Handling to Swissport, successfully concluding the privatization process of the company. The operation represents a milestone in the transformation strategy of Cabo Verde's airport sector.
The established partnership is aligned with the country's strategic priorities, seeking to position Cabo Verde as an air hub and enhance the benefits of the airport concession to Vinci Airports.
PLMJ accompanied ASA through all phases of the operation, from the structuring and conduct of the privatization process to the negotiation of the legal instruments of the transaction and the respective closing.
