The Constitution and Justice and Citizenship Committee (CCJ) of the Chamber of Deputies approved a favorable report for free stays of up to 15 minutes in paid rotational parking on public streets. The report was prepared by Deputy Hugo Leal, from PSD of Rio de Janeiro.
The proposal aims to benefit drivers who need brief services, such as picking up a document or making a quick purchase, without the need to pay for the spot.
