Two people remain at large and one was arrested by the Civil Police in the investigation into the collapse of a building that killed six people in Penha, East Zone of São Paulo, in the early morning of last Saturday (12).
Ronaldo Vivacqua was arrested on Sunday (13). He is identified as a hidden partner of one of the companies responsible for the work. The Court ordered the temporary detention of three investigated individuals connected to the construction.
Besides Ronaldo, Cristiano Vivacqua, his son, and Isis Brandão are targets. Cristiano is identified as the author of the project and engineer responsible for the execution of the work of New Home and Hastiforme. Isis formally appears as the owner of the company responsible for the construction.
According to the Civil Police, Ronaldo does not officially appear in the documents of the two companies under investigation. Investigators continue to search for the two suspects who are still at large.
