Brazilian actor Erik Marmo, 50 years old, turned to social media this Sunday (13) to thank the demonstrations of support received after his house in Los Angeles, in the United States, was hit by a fire. Known for roles in soap operas such as "Mulheres apaixonadas" and "Alma gêmea", he shared photos of the property during and after the tragedy.
In his outpouring, the artist stated that the post is about love, gratitude, and hope, highlighting that the wave of help and affection received is truly moving. Marmo reflected that the generosity around him renews his confidence in better days.
The actor thanked those who helped rescue belongings, offered temporary shelter, donated supplies, and the American institutions that provided support. He also mentioned the online fundraising campaign organized by friends to help his family restructure in a new home.
