Turismo de Portugal signed today the lease agreement for Hotel Turismo da Guarda, closed since October 2010, with the Lince Hotels Group, responsible for the refurbishment of the space.
The Lince Hotels Group will invest in the renovation and modernization of the hotel, returning a quality hotel to Guarda that had been closed for more than a decade.
Turismo de Portugal retains ownership of the building, with the Lince Hotels Group responsible for the management and operation of the property after the refurbishment works are completed.
This intervention is part of the strategy to enhance public hotel heritage and revitalize the tourism offering in the Guarda region.
