Kenia Silva, recently doctoral graduate from the Doctoral Program in Education Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Porto (FPCEUP), won the I Intelectualidade Amefricana Prize. This prize recognizes her research work during her doctoral studies.
The doctoral graduate was distinguished for the theoretical-methodological innovation and the epistemic contribution of her work to social justice. The research developed during her doctoral studies at FPCEUP was thus valued by this distinction.
Kenia Silva is a master's and doctoral graduate in Education Sciences from FPCEUP, having recently completed her doctorate in the Doctoral Program in Education Sciences. Her academic training in this area culminated with this international recognition.
