The Portuguese Development Bank will pay for a luxury trip to Paris for members of its Strategic Advisory Board and for the chairman of the executive committee, Gonçalo Regalado. The trip is scheduled for September 19 and is part of a meeting with a sovereign wealth fund.
The Strategic Advisory Board of BPF is composed of 20 personalities linked to various sectors of activity. It is an advisory body of a bank that is majority owned by the Portuguese State.
The Portuguese Development Bank is not revealing how many people will participate in the trip or how much the displacement will cost. This lack of transparency comes at a time when the institution is being questioned about the costs associated with this type of trip.
