This decision marks a profound rupture in the leadership of the Valencian emblem, which is going through a troubled moment in its recent history.
Braulio Vázquez was announced as the club's new sporting director. The executive assumes the responsibility of restructuring the entire football department and finding a new coach for the first team, at a time when Valencia is fighting for sporting objectives that are not being met.
