The Municipality of Elvas opened a public competition for the rehabilitation of the Athletics Municipal Stadium track. The base price of the construction work is 413,485.55 euros, without VAT.
The work has a planned execution period of 90 days. The main objective is to replace the existing synthetic surface on the track.
According to the procedure documents, consulted by Jornal ODigital.pt, this intervention comes within the scope of the need to renew municipal sports infrastructure.
The athletics practitioners and the sports community of Elvas will be directly benefited with the replacement of the synthetic surface, which should improve training and competition conditions. This work follows the need to maintain municipal sports infrastructure in adequate conditions for sports practice. WHY: none
