Grupo Nabeiro, which owns Delta Cafés, established a partnership with the company Nãm to transform coffee grounds into mushrooms. This partnership has existed for several years and represents a sustainability and circular economy effort by the Portuguese group.

Today the Nãm Fungi Factory was inaugurated, a new factory that marks a new phase in this collaboration between the two companies. The installation represents a significant investment in the production capacity of mushrooms from coffee byproducts.
