Almost nine out of ten organizations already use artificial intelligence in their operations. Furthermore, 60% of companies plan to increase investment in this technology in the near future. These data reveal massive adoption of AI in the business environment.
However, although 80% of professionals report productivity gains thanks to artificial intelligence, the translation of these benefits into financial results remains limited. Only 37% of companies can effectively register positive financial impact resulting from AI implementation.
This disparity between individual productivity and financial return suggests that efficiency gains are not being systematically converted into profits or cost reductions for organizations. Technology advances rapidly, but the ability of companies to capitalize on these advances in a measurable way has not yet kept pace with the rate of adoption.
