The municipality of Santa Maria da Feira has launched a public tender for the provision of coordination and design services for the requalification and expansion project of the Arrifana Basic and Secondary School. The base price of the procedure is 350,000 euros, with an expected execution period of 36 months.
The intervention includes the complete requalification of the existing buildings, the construction of new blocks and buildings within the school premises, and the reconfiguration of the outdoor areas. Among the priority objectives are the expansion of the common cafeteria to accommodate 450 students simultaneously and the expansion of the administrative office.
The project also includes the creation of a new pedagogical block, more classrooms dedicated to pre-school and primary education, an auditorium, a new library, and sports areas. The municipal authority of Santa Maria da Feira is responsible for launching this public tender.
