The festivities in honor of Our Lady of the Navigators returned to Carrasqueira, bringing together the local community to celebrate faith, culture, and their traditional roots. The event represented another edition of the festivities that mark the region's calendar.
The Mayor, Clarisse Campos, was present at the celebrations, participating in the Maritime Círio, the procession, and the tribute to fishermen. Her presence reinforced institutional support for these traditions.
During the events, the importance of traditions linked to the sea and fishing activity was highlighted, central elements of the identity of Carrasqueira. The festivities thus combine the religious dimension with the celebration of maritime activities that characterize the community.
