Vila Real Theatre hosted on September 3rd the Education Days 2026, an event promoted by the Municipality that brought together school community professionals to discuss the role of happiness in the educational environment.
The initiative, with the theme "School: Happiness in the Right Place", focused on issues such as inclusion, emotional health and the valorization of teachers, students and other educational agents. The program featured interventions from specialists in inclusive education and well-being, namely David António Rodrigues, Patrícia Gramaxo, Gonçalo Morgado and Ricardo Costa.
During the session, the mayor of Vila Real, Alexandre Favaios, defended that the construction of safer, more respectful schools capable of promoting well-being should be a shared responsibility by all stakeholders in the educational community.
