The Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Mafra will inaugurate on Tuesday, September 15, the "Tree of Solidarity" campaign, a fundraising initiative aimed at mobilizing the community of the municipality. The campaign will be presented during the opening of the new Residential Structure for Elderly People of the institution.
The initiative plans to create a symbolic tree where the names of benefactors, both individuals and companies, will be engraved according to the chosen donation level. This tree will serve as public recognition of the contributions received.
According to the institution, the goal is to strengthen community involvement in supporting its mission and the social responses it offers to citizens of the municipality, from childhood to old age. The campaign is open to participation by individuals, companies, institutions, and other entities that wish to contribute.
