A burst water pipe is causing a large water spout in the Ribeira do Tanque area, in the center of Porto Santo city. The force of the water surprised residents and passersby who were nearby.
The occurrence is being monitored by the Public Security Police, who went to the site to monitor the situation. The officers are at the scene of the occurrence.
