Kenyans dominated the 19th edition of the Porto half marathon, occupying the top spots in both the men's and women's races. The race took place in Porto and brought together international elite athletes.
In the men's competition, Owen Korir Kapkama achieved victory, demonstrating the strength traditionally associated with Kenyan athletes in long-distance and middle-distance events.
In the women's race, it was Naomi Chepngeno who stood out by crossing the finish line in first place, thus securing the Kenyan dominance in the competition.
This edition of the Porto half marathon reaffirmed the race's tradition as one of the main sporting events in the city, attracting internationally renowned athletes.
