PF says Castro and Vorcaro led criminal organization to direct Rioprevidência resources to Master

The Federal Police is investigating the former governor of Rio de Janeiro, Cláudio Castro, and banker Daniel Vorcaro, controller of Banco Master, for alleged leadership of a criminal organization installed at RioPrevidência. The investigation indicates that the two formed the political core of the group and had control over decisions on how much would be invested, in which financial products and at what time the contributions would be made.
