Marco Ribas, an athlete from Caminha, won the gold medal in single sculls (skiff) in the Masters category, age bracket 27/35, during the World Rowing Masters Regatta Bled, which took place in Slovenia.
The international rowing event distinguished the athlete from Caminha as World Masters Rowing Champion, repeating the international recognition that the region of Caminha has been achieving in the sporting scene.
