Minister André Mendonça, of the Supreme Federal Court, released on Friday night (11) the secrecy of more documents in the Master case. The measure was taken after a request from the Attorney General's Office, which argued that releasing only part of the documentation could induce a misguided idea of transparency.
Flávio Bolsonaro, candidate of the PL party for President of the Republic, is investigated by the Federal Police in an inquiry opened to examine the possible practice of crimes related to the financing of the production of the biographical film "Dark Horse," about former President Jair Bolsonaro. The procedure was authorized in July by Minister André Mendonça himself, of the STF, following a request from the Federal Police.
The case also involves other political figures, such as Ciro Nogueira (PP), Cláudio Castro (PL), and Jaques Wagner (PT). The defense of Senator Bolsonaro's son tried four times to transfer the investigation from Minister Flávio Dino to André Mendonça, without success so far.
