Nuno Markl will make his debut as a film director this Saturday, starting to shoot the film "O Homem Que Mordeu o Cão: O Filme". The Portuguese comedian, known for his work on radio and television, thus takes on the direction of a feature film for the first time.
Markl suffered two strokes in November last year, which delayed the project. Despite the health difficulties, the director is now ready to begin filming the film.
The film's cast features about 40 actors well-known to Portuguese audiences. The production promises to be one of the most ambitious in national cinema, bringing together a wide range of names recognized by audiences.
