PGR asked to investigate whether Flavio Bolsonaro acted in the Senate to benefit Vorcaro

The PGR (Attorney General's Office) asked for the opening of an inquiry to investigate whether senator Flavio Bolsonaro acted in the Senate to benefit businessman Vorcaro. The request was made to the STF (Supreme Federal Court), which will now decide on the opening of the case.

The PF (Federal Police) inquiry indicates that Flavio Bolsonaro was the "direct interlocutor" of banker Vorcaro in negotiations related to the film "Dark Horse". According to the investigations, the senator participated in payment collections, in-person meetings and followed the progress of the film's filming.

The investigations are part of the so-called "Master inquiry", which investigates a corruption scheme at the Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro. Flavio Bolsonaro denies any irregularity and requested the end of the total secrecy of this inquiry.
