He defended that a good parliamentary question should be concise, closed, and preceded by a clear position from the questioner, in order to force the interlocutor to rebut or, through silence, validate his thesis. He revealed he started preparation in August, with a small team, and regretted not having had time to ask the minister what he would do if he were made a defendant.
