Former Portuguese prime minister Pedro Passos Coelho will present reformist proposals for the country within two months. The measures are not yet public, but the politician has already started giving clues about his plan.

In a long preface he wrote for Pedro Gomes Sanches's new book, Passos Coelho outlines his intentions for the country. The preface thus serves as a preview of the ideas that will be formally presented shortly.
