CGTP - Portuguese Workers' General Confederation - Intersindical Nacional advocates for a wage increase of at least 15%, with a minimum of 150 euros, for all workers in 2027. This demand arises in the context of labor negotiations and salary policies in Portugal.

The trade union confederation also demands the raising of the national minimum wage to 1,100 euros. This position reflects CGTP's historical claims for better salary conditions for Portuguese workers.
