The Procuradoria-Geral da República stated on Friday that a large part of the procedures related to Operation Compliance Zero, which investigates Banco Master, was left out of the list of cases whose secrecy was lifted by Justice André Mendonça of the Supreme Federal Court. In a filing sent to the Court president, Edson Fachin, Vice Attorney General Hindenburgo Chateaubriand Filho requested the opening, without exception, of all documents and procedures linked to the case.
The filing comes after Fachin asked Mendonça to send to the other STF justices the procedures related to the Master case and suggested lifting the secrecy. What is verified, however, from the list sent is that it does not contain a large part of the procedures currently correlated to the broader investigation of the so-called Operation Compliance Zero.
