Fachin determines that Mendonça should express himself on Zanin's request for full access to Vorcaro's cell phone

The president of the Supreme Federal Court, Edson Fachin, asked Minister André Mendonça, rapporteur of Operation Compliance Zero, to indicate whether there is availability to share with the other ministers of the Court the full content of the cell phone of former banker Daniel Vorcaro. The request comes after a request from Minister Cristiano Zanin so that all ministers have access to all of Vorcaro's messages before the judgment scheduled for next Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the ministers will judge the report that identified Alexandre de Moraes as an interlocutor of the former owner of Banco Master in dialogues identified by the Federal Police. Zanin requested access to the full data extracted from a Vorcaro's iPhone 17 Pro seized in the first phase of Operation Compliance Zero.

According to the document, the material is available at the office of Minister André Mendonça. Zanin assessed that the data from Vorcaro's cell phone should be shared because it is already covered by the lifting of the secrecy of the related procedures.
