Vorcaro made payments, organized trips and had a WhatsApp group with Central Bank servers who supervised Master, points out Federal Police

The Federal Police are investigating the Master case and discovered that banker Daniel Vorcaro built close relationships with Central Bank servers, the body responsible for regulating and supervising financial institutions. The investigators point out that Vorcaro obtained support from the servers for matters related to Master's business.

The documents reveal that the servers maintained a WhatsApp group to discuss bank matters and that Vorcaro even paid for their international trips. According to the PF, the servers Paulo Sergio Neves de Souza, then deputy chief of the Department of Banking Supervision, and Belline Santana, former chief of the department, acted as "employees" of the banker.

The messages analyzed by the investigation show that, for a meeting with the president of the Central Bank, Paulo Sergio spontaneously sent topics that should be highlighted by Vorcaro. The Federal Police classify this conduct as a kind of "consulting" offered to the banker's interests.

The documents were made public after the lifting of the secrecy on part of the investigations of the Master case, ordered by the president of the STF, Edson Fachin, to the rapporteur of the inquiries, Justice André Luiz Wink.
