The Regional Electoral Court of Piauí (TRE-PI) decided to invalidate the convention held by Gustavo Henrique. With this decision, the ticket that had been formed at that meeting was barred from participating in the 2026 Elections.

The court confirmed the coalition between the Novo and Avante parties in Piauí. The decision represents a victory for this political front, which is now confirmed for the electoral contest in the state.
