The Attorney General's Office and the Ministry of Youth and Childhood agreed on the need to accelerate the transfer to the Peninsula of migrant minors currently in Ceuta. This coordination comes after the massive influx of people on July 30 and 31.
The Attorney General of the State, Teresa Peramato, and the Minister of Youth and Childhood, Sira Rego, share this position on the urgency of transferring the minors.
The Spanish authorities consider it a priority to transfer these minors to mainland territory given the situation created by the massive arrival of people to the autonomous city of Ceuta.
