The Judicial Police of Portimão is investigating a robbery at a fuel station on National Road 125, in Lagos, which occurred on Tuesday night after 10 PM. The suspect reportedly entered the establishment wearing a hood, pointed a firearm at an employee, and demanded the money from the cash register.
The man managed to flee the location with a significant amount, in the thousands of euros. The escape was reportedly made on an electric scooter, and no other details about the identity or whereabouts of the suspect are known at this time.
The incident was initially reported to the Public Security Police. Because a firearm was allegedly used during the robbery, the case was transferred to the investigation jurisdiction of the Judicial Police of Portimão, which is now seeking to determine the circumstances of the case and identify the perpetrator.
