The Chefs on Fire gastronomic event takes place on September 19 and 20 in Cascais. The event features the participation of 40 chefs who will prepare their culinary creations directly over fire.
Among the dozens of gastronomic options available, the traditional Sandes da matança, Sardine sandwich, fish cooked in ash and Lamb kofta stand out. Grilled chicken hearts will also be served, among other specialties.
The event promises to be a complete experience, combining culinary art with surprise musical entertainment throughout the two days of the event.
