The Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) achieved positive results in the first half of the year, according to data released by the agency itself. Effective services provided at AIMA Stores increased by more than 60% between January and June, compared to the same period in 2025.
At the same time, AIMA managed to significantly reduce user complaints. In the first half of this year, 35.8% fewer complaints were registered than in the same period last year.
The data suggests an improvement in the quality of service and in the management of the agency's processes, which is responsible for integration, migration and asylum in Portugal.
