A three-year-old baby was sexually abused by his own uncle, a 12-year-old minor, in the Porto district. The case involved a minor aggressor and a child still in early childhood.
The Public Prosecutor's Office decided to report the case to the Family and Minors Court, since the aggressor is a minor and, therefore, cannot be held criminally liable for the acts committed.
