O TVC Media Group concluded the acquisition of the total capital of Rádio Soberania, a historic radio station located in Águeda that broadcasts on 99.3 FM frequency. This operation marks an important milestone in the group's growth strategy.

The acquisition reinforces TVC Media Group's expansion strategy in the regional media sector. The group thus demonstrates its commitment to strengthening its presence in the local radio market.

With this conclusion, a deep renewal of the radio project of the Águeda station begins. The radio will cease using the name Rádio Soberania and will assume the identity Bairrada FM, signaling a new phase in its history.
