Norway's capital, Oslo, took a drastic decision to halt the advance of new technological devices in schools. The municipal authorities determined the total prohibition of smart glasses at all education levels.
The measure aims to protect students from possible risks associated with the use of these technologies in classrooms, including concerns about privacy and distraction during lessons.
The prohibition is part of a broader strategy by Norwegian authorities to regulate the use of technological devices in the school environment, seeking a balance between innovation and educational safety.
