GLOBO has prepared an electoral guide to orient the more than 158 million Brazilians eligible to vote in the 2026 elections, with all the necessary information for voters, including mandatory documents, hours, polling locations, voting order and how to justify the vote.
On voting day, voters must present a valid photo ID to verify their identity. Among the valid documents are the e-Título (with registered biometrics), identity card, social identity card, work permit, National Driver's License (CNH), passport or other document of equivalent legal value.
The physical voter registration card is not mandatory on voting day; however, the Electoral Court recommends that voters have it on hand to check their polling location. Those who have the e-Título without registered biometrics with the Electoral Court must present a photo ID in order to vote.
