The Municipality of Vieira do Minho announced today a partnership with the company Braval, specialized in waste management, to provide a Mobile Ecocenter in the municipality. The itinerant equipment will travel to the parishes of the municipality on a fortnightly basis, that is, every two weeks.
The main objective of this initiative is to bring waste collection closer to the local population, facilitating citizens' access to proper waste disposal services. In this way, inhabitants of the various parishes will not need to travel to a fixed ecocenter to dispose of their materials.
The Mobile Ecocenter allows the proper disposal of urban, hazardous, and recyclable waste, covering different categories of materials that require specific treatment. This solution aims to meet the waste management needs of all parishes in the municipality.
