Portuguese writer Álvaro Magalhães was distinguished with the Iberoamerican SM Award for Children's and Youth Literature. The distinction recognizes his 42 years of career dedicated to literature for children and young people. The award ceremony took place within the celebrations of FIAP, the International Federation of Writers' Associations, in Madrid. This award constitutes recognition of Álvaro Magalhães's literary trajectory and his contribution to children's and youth literature in Portuguese.

Wines "on test" at the castle of Beja
