EDIA – the Alqueva Development and Infrastructure Company – has prepared a total of 35 activities for the 2026/2027 school year, with the aim of challenging students and teachers to discover Alqueva.

The proposed challenge aims to enable students and teachers to learn about and understand Alqueva, its resources, and the surrounding territory.

The activities also seek to provide an understanding of the transformations that the Alqueva project has brought to the region, highlighting the impact of the project on local development.

This initiative by the development company is part of an educational program aimed at the school community.
