Otacílio Soares, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Luso-Brazilian (CCILB), was present at the official celebrations of the 204th anniversary of Brazil's Independence, which took place on September 7th. The event was held at the Official Residence of the Ambassador of the Federative Republic of Brazil in Portugal, in Lisbon.
