It's made "by eye," has chouriço and goes straight into the oven: the bread that is making Taveiro's mouth water

A bread made "by eye," with chouriço and baked directly in the oven, is winning over the residents of Taveiro. The delicacy is prepared at Fagic, a local bakery that has become known in the region for its traditional recipe.

Rui Noronha and his wife are responsible for the business, having been established at Fagic in Taveiro for 11 years. The commercial activity was born after Rui decided to embrace this profession.

The bread with chouriço is prepared in an artisanal way, without precise measurements, relying only on the experience accumulated over the years. After being prepared, the bread is placed directly in the oven to bake.

The recipe has sparked tremendous enthusiasm among the inhabitants of Taveiro, who cannot resist the aroma and characteristic flavor of this traditional Portuguese bread.
