The Japan Festival arrived at Grande Rio shopping mall, located in São João de Meriti, bringing the public an immersive experience in Japanese culture. The event combines tradition and modernity, hallmarks of Japan, and seeks to delight different generations of visitors.
The festival features a pantry full of imported items, with a highlight on Asian sweets and snacks, such as 3D candies, mochi, themed cookies and a wide variety of ramen, including versions inspired by popular characters.
Among the available drinks, there are curious and typical options, such as Korean banana milk, various teas and soft drinks with differentiated flavors. In addition to gastronomy, the event also brings together cultural and decorative articles, such as the traditional Maneki-neko (lucky cat), fans and various utensils.
