SOS Voz Amiga, an emotional support telephone line, launched a new awareness campaign this Thursday, September 10, the date on which World Suicide Prevention Day is celebrated. The organization is also marking the date with a continuous service day, available 24 hours between 00:00 and 24:00 on Thursday.
The main piece of the campaign is the advertisement spot "Numbers," created by the agency Coming Soon, which is collaborating with SOS Voz Amiga for the second time. The campaign promotes the phone number 21 354 45 45, through which the organization provides emotional support to people in situations of suffering caused by loneliness, anxiety or depression, or at risk of suicide.
The work was created by Marcelo Lourenço and Pedro Bexiga, co-founders of the agency Coming Soon, with production by Show Off Films/Mola and direction by Alexandre Montenegro. The film will be shown in cinemas and shared on digital media, with the contact for donations via MB Way also being provided.
