Angolan Constitutional Court rejects suspension of Higino Carneiro's MPLA candidacy rejection

Angola's Constitutional Court dismissed the precautionary measure filed by Higino Carneiro, which aimed to suspend the rejection of his candidacy for MPLA leadership. The decision was made known through the ruling issued by the court.

Higino Carneiro is the candidate whose candidacy for MPLA (Popular Movement for the Liberation of Angola) leadership was initially rejected. The politician attempted to reverse this situation through a precautionary measure at the Constitutional Court.

The court refused the request filed by Carneiro, thus maintaining the previous decision to reject his candidacy. MPLA is the ruling party of Angola.
