The first edition of FICAJOVEM – Municipal Program for Leisure Time involved 10 young people from the council of Beja in the organization of the 43rd FICABEIRA and Mont'Alto Fair. The event took place between September 4th and 8th.
The participating young people had the opportunity to integrate different areas throughout the five days of the event, gaining practical experience in one of the main events of the council.
The program provided the young people with direct contact with the organization of a large-scale event, allowing them to develop skills through active participation in FICABEIRA. This municipal leisure time initiative aims to give young people the opportunity to engage in practical activities in the community.
