The Minister of Education revealed that teachers will have more than half of the votes in the election of school principals. This information was transmitted through a letter sent to teachers, which reached the teachers on the eve of the start of the school year.
With this decision, teachers will now have the majority of votes in the process of selecting school principals, potentially altering the power dynamics in educational institutions.
The revelation was made by the Minister of Education himself, who chose to communicate the measure directly to teachers through a letter, at a time that coincides with the start of the new school year.
