The Suicide Prevention Line, available through the number 1411, received more than 25 thousand calls during its first year of operation. The number 1411 was created to offer support to people in crisis and at risk of suicide.

Women and young people between 18 and 29 were the main users of this support line. These age groups sought the service most frequently during the period when the line was active.

The slogan of the campaign associated with this line is "Asking for help is not weakness," conveying a message that seeking support is a sign of courage and not fragility.

The service has been operating for one year and aims to prevent suicide and offer psychological support to those in need, contributing to reducing the stigma associated with seeking help in crisis situations.
