The School Grouping of Almeirim starts its academic activities on September 14th, a Monday, covering pre-school, basic education and professional education. Secondary school students have their return to classes scheduled for September 21st.
Before the start of classes, introductory meetings with parents and guardians are held on Friday, September 11th, at each school and kindergarten in the grouping.
In the kindergartens, the meetings are scheduled for 10:30 AM in Benfica do Ribatejo and for 3:00 PM in Almeirim. In the primary schools of Almeirim, meetings for second-year students begin at 9:30 AM, followed by third-year at 10:30 AM and fourth-year at 11:30 AM.
For students entering first year, the introductory sessions are held at 9:00 AM at Escola Básica dos Charcos, at 10:00 AM at Escola Básica de Almeirim and at 11:00 AM at Escola Básica do Moinho de Vento. At the basic schools of Benfica do Ribatejo and Cortiçóis, meetings with parents and guardians were also planned.
